At Shoe Market, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear in original packaging. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the recovery process as seamless as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
